NEON BERLIN
The Problem: City touring companies often struggle to convert digital traffic due to fragmented user journeys, outdated web design, and desktop-centric layouts that fail on mobile devices. Neon Berlin needed a scalable, mobile-first brand identity and digital platform to capture urban travelers looking to book dynamic, nightlife-and-culture-focused city experiences on the go.
The Strategic Insight: Modern travelers book experiences spontaneously from their smartphones while actively navigating a city. To minimize drop-off and maximize booking conversions, the design strategy prioritized a high-contrast, energy-driven visual system paired with a mobile-first digital architecture. By capturing Berlin’s electric, subcultural nightlife aesthetic through bold typography and neon accents, the platform transforms routine tour booking into an immersive cultural experience.
The Execution:
Brand Identity & Visual System: Developed a dynamic branding system inspired by Berlin's iconic nightlife and urban architecture, using high-contrast color palettes and bold, contemporary typography.
Mobile-First UX/UI Design: Engineared an intuitive, mobile-optimized digital experience focused on fast loading times, seamless navigation, and frictionless tour reservation flows.
Scalable Web Architecture: Designed a responsive desktop website and design system structured to easily accommodate new tour offerings, interactive maps, and expanding city routes.
Digital Marketing Collateral: Created promotional social assets and UI components optimized for mobile conversion and location-based digital ads.
The Result: Delivered a fully responsive, scalable digital ecosystem that elevates the brand from a standard tour agency to a modern lifestyle experience. The project demonstrates an end-to-end mastery of mobile-first UI design, responsive design systems, and conversion-focused visual layout.
